Responsible organization

FC Restaurant Apps, LLC provides the technology. The company that authorizes workplace access remains the controller of those operational records.

Your company administrator can identify the legal organization responsible for its records. Technical support assists with service-side privacy requests.

Information collected and used

We process managed-user names and identifiers, account status and assignments; inventory locations, dates, quantities, notes, drafts, submissions, reports and audit records; and device labels, public App IDs, platforms, versions, activation and last-seen information. Legacy versions may also process an employee-entered name and phone number.

Authentication and security information includes sessions, expiration and revocation, access changes, login outcomes, request IP addresses and user agents, and protected rate-limit keys. Raw PINs are not retained or returned; PINs and device-binding credentials are verified using protected hashes.

This information provides authorized access, draft recovery, inventory and distribution work, reporting, support, duplicate prevention, security and version compatibility.

Device storage and sharing

Native secure storage holds device and user-session credentials. App storage holds unfinished drafts, preferences and checklists; managed drafts are separated by organization, campaign, employee and location. Shared or exported files remain wherever you save or send them. Public App IDs may appear in protected records and workbooks, but not ordinary copied text lists.

Authorized company users and infrastructure providers process information as needed for operations, hosting, storage, networking and app distribution. The app does not include advertising SDKs, cross-app advertising tracking or an integration that sends operational records to a data broker. Your organization controls separate exports and sharing.

Retention and security

There is no fixed public deletion interval for server records. Information is retained for operational, security, audit and applicable legal needs. Deleting a submitted list excludes it from active reports; its tombstone, original lines and audit evidence remain stored.

Disabling a user or revoking a device stops authorized access but does not erase profiles, prior submissions, sessions, audit records or previously exported files. Material access changes revoke active user sessions.

Encrypted transport, secure native credential storage, hashed server credentials and revocable access help protect information. No security measure can guarantee complete protection.

Your choices and requests

Ask your company administrator to review or correct information, disable access, or evaluate restriction or deletion. This workplace app has no public self-registration or consumer account-deletion flow. Identity and authority may need verification; retention duties may limit deletion. See Data requests and deactivation.

Email privacy support. The company administrator who authorized the device remains the contact for company records and access decisions.

Never include an activation code, employee or administrator PIN, session token, or device credential in an ordinary support message.

Children and changes

The app is an authorized workplace tool, not directed to children. Updates to this policy will be posted here, with additional notice where required.
